Comments from the owner: The truck was used on the
farm and there are some brush marks on the paint from travel in
the woods. Very slight surface rust in a few spots. Very
dependable; starts well and all controls work. When the
speedometer died I put about 200 km at most on the truck. This
year it has barely moved.
Problems include: nearly bald front tires, small rust
hole in rear bottom of muffler. A metal ring is missing from
canvas top rubber straps. It is overdue for an oil change but I
do not know if I will get to it. Canvas top is showing it's age
but no holes.
Repairs include: two new maintenance free batteries, new
speedometer and windshield wipers. I have swapped out the
waterproof spark plugs for regular Bosch ones. New coil and plug
wires included. The original hydraulic jack never worked so I
have a replacement one. I had a hitch for conventional
connections made and it is installed. I have the Pintel hitch
and will include it. I have all the original parts and will
include them too. My comments: We sold this truck
originally back in March of 2003. The truck is located in
Keezletown, Virginia and may be viewed by appointment.

Comments: There is absolutely no
rust on the second generation body and the undercoating is in great
shape. The canvas is the factory original split style that is in great
condition. The truck has been repainted with khaki paint and the bed
has been sprayed with LINEX. See photos for more info.
