About EuroTruck Importers, LLC.June 4th, 2007 Hello and thanks for visiting! My name is Sean Philyaw and EuroTruck Importers is a vehicle importing business located in Oakwood, GA, just 45 miles northeast of Atlanta near beautiful Lake Lanier. This business began as a hobby in the spring of 1998 and was officially incorporated in June of 1999. In May of 2001, I took the plunge into full time status with the business and things are progressing very nicely. We added our first employee last year, Mr. Steve Dempsey, who is doing a great job spearheading our spare parts department. Our eldest son Hudson is now 4 years old and our second son Asher was born on April 15th, so Mom and Dad continue to have their hands full. If you're in the market for odd and capable vehicles, you've come to the right place. We specialize in Mercedes Geländewagens (G Class), Mercedes UNIMOGs and Steyr-Puch Pinzgauers, while our main focus is the Geländewagen. We typically have a few examples of each type of vehicle in stock and we handle the spare parts to keep them running as well. In fact, we are now the largest independent distributor of Geländewagen parts in the USA. During the past eight years, I have had the chance to meet many interesting people, which I find to be one of the greatest benefits of owning this business. Playing with trucks everyday isn't too bad either. I've noticed that Geländewagen, UNIMOG and Pinzgauer owners come from all walks of life and are a very fine group of people. I'm proud to be able to contribute to the happiness and well being of many, while doing business in a laid back "southern hospitality" atmosphere.
